Central Okanagan Projected To Grow By 80,000 Residents Over Next 2 Decades

The Central Okanagan has seen some of the fastest population growth rates in the country with roughly 70,000 people moving to the region over the past two decades. Growth is not expected to slow as the area is desirable to everyone from youth to immigrants to retirees moving westward to warmer climates. The continued population growth is projected to add an additional 80,000 people to the Central Okanagan over the next two decades.
